Hi, I’m Steve Schreader and I help beginner and veteran paddlers and climbers to become, do, and be the most informed and appropriately geared enthusiasts to enjoy the outdoors in a safe, enjoyable, and confident manner.
My strengths as a teacher and passion for outdoor activities have led me to found Lake State Mountaineering. I am dedicated to providing the best education and gear on the market to those looking to get into paddling or climbing for the first time, or even those long-time veterans of the sports, looking for the next thing to help improve and enhance their skills!
