General Return Policy- Items purchased that are new/ in re-sellable condition with the tags still attached are returnable within 60 Days of Date of Purchase.

30-Day Fit guarantee (in-store shoe purchase only, not valid online)- fitted shoes worn on the trail with resellable condition can be returned for in-store credit towards a similar pair of footwear or Refund at the re-sellable price (could be reduced amount depending on wear of purchased shoes)

We offer a rental program and have various partnerships with non-profits to assist those looking to get gear and/or equipment to remove that barrier from your true goal of outdoor achievement.

We don’t give away gear, but we do partner with groups that provide gear and opportunities for folks struggling with those needs to get outside and enjoy new activities.
